I acknowledge and agree that the course(s) will give me a better knowledge of the over the counter market at brokerage firms which utilize the NASDAQ Small Order Execution System ("SOES"), Select Net and the Electronic Communications Network ("ECN") that execute trades for its customers. This course is not a preparation for a career as a brokerage industry professional and Cyber Trading University Inc. makes no specific recommendations as to particular stocks to trade at any time.

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CYBER TRADING UNIVERSITY.COM INC., ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES AND ASSIGNS, MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND THAT MY TRADING ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN PROFITS AND, FURTHERMORE, THAT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MORE THAN 100% OF THE CAPITOL I ALLOCATE TO TRADING AFTER TAKING THE COURSE MAY BE LOST IN ITS ENTIRETY.

I shall not be entitled to a refund of the Tuition Fee for any reason. There will be no refund from any form of payment(s), but I shall be permitted to make up classes in later sessions of the course as space availability permits. Cyber Trading University.com Inc. may terminate my participation in the course at any time, at its sole discretion. In that event Cyber Trading University.com Inc. will promptly and fully refund my tuition.
